Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All items are shipped from the UK.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.

We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.

• 14-Day Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.
• Refund Process: Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, please contact us before returning them. Contact our customer service at onlinesales@myroofbars.co.uk for replacements or further support.
• Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
