All items are shipped from the UK.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.

We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Town Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• 60-Day Return Window: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
• Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Contact our customer service at onlinesales@myroofbars.co.uk for replacements or further support.
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage on unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over £50.
