Safety Note:

Please follow the installation instructions carefully. Regularly check the bars to ensure they remain securely fastened—especially before every use of your roof tent. Bars should be tight enough not to move when pushed, but avoid over-tightening.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.

We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage on unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over £50.
